| Distinguished Flying Cross Pilot Officer Cyril Denys BOOTHBY, D.F.M. (126120), Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve, No. 161 Squadron. Pilot Officer Lewis George Alfred REED (49333), No. 161 Squadron. Pilot Officers Boothby and Reed have flown together on many sorties as pilot and gunnery leader respectively.
