La fuite s’est lentement propag\u00e9e sur l’aile atteignant la tourelle arri\u00e8re. Au dessus de la France, des flammes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9es, les tentatives pour \u00e9teindre l’incendie \u00e9chou\u00e8rent. Le feu se propagea rapidement au fuselage.
